Your Tour Leader:
Jackie Passmore is a well known author and chef who delights in sharing her passion for food. She has a consuming interest in Indian cuisine and has written three top selling cookbooks, 'Curry Kitchen', 'Curry Bible' and '50 Fabulous Curries', as well as internationally awarded titles such as 'Asia the Beautiful Cookbook' and 'Savouring China'. Jackie's research for the book '5000 Years of Tea' instilled a passionate interest in tea cultivation and culture and, along with tea, this fabulous tour to southern India combines her abiding interests of spices and curries. After living in Hong Kong and travelling extensively in Asia, Jackie now runs a residential cooking school in the Gold Coast hinterland.
