Gather in Sydney, Australia's world renowned harbour city, for a combined welcome function before separating into two tours that travel through distinctly different geographic and climatic areas. Professional visits will be arranged that best encapsulates the large animal production systems, veterinary and welfare issues.

Temperate Cattle Tour
Focus on temperate cattle breeds and conditions. Travel south from Sydney through southern NSW and Victoria through the major rural centres of Wagga Wagga and Albury. Spend 2 nights in Melbourne before flying north to Cairns for World Buitatrics Congress.

Tropical Cattle Tour
Focus on tropical cattle breeds and conditions in Queensland. Fly from Sydney to Brisbane and spend 2 nights in the 'Garden City' of Toowoomba. Return to Brisbane and fly to Rockhampton, known as the 'Beef Capital of Australia' for further 2 nights. From Rockhampton travel to Cairns via the overnight.
